Recommended DosageTake valine daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label. Better if used BCAA's. Cautions & Side EffectsThere is no known safety problems if used at suggested dosage. Like other amino acids do not use valine if you are on medication for Parkinson's disease. Take it with caution if you have kidney or liver conditions. Overdoses may produce crawling sensation on the skin and hallucinations. Available FormsValine is available in capsule and powder form.
