Description: Musk mallow is a plant native to India. It is from malvaceae family. The seeds have a sweet, flowery, heavy fragrance similar to that of musk. The seeds are added to coffee as a aromatic ingredient and leaves and new shoots are eaten as vegetables. Its aerial parts are used medicinally.
