Recommended DosageTake leucine daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label. Better if used BCAA's. Cautions & Side EffectsThere is no known safety problems if used at suggested dosage. Like other amino acids do not use isoleucine if you are on medication for Parkinson's disease. Take it with caution if you have kidney or liver conditions. Overdoses may produce hypoglycemia symptoms, pellagra and high levels of ammonia in body. Available FormsLeucine is available in capsule and powder form. BCAA's contain leucine. |
