Recommended DosageTake isoleucine daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label. Better if used BCAA's. Cautions & Side EffectsThere is no known safety problems if used at suggested dosage. Like other amino acids do not use isoleucine if you are on medication for Parkinson's disease. Use it with caution and only in small dosage if you have depression. Do not use in high dosages if you have kidney or liver disease. Available FormsIsoleucine is available in powder form. BCAA's contain isoleucine. |
