Description: Creatine is an amino acid metabolite found in the body: it helps to produce energy. Creatine is produced in the body from amino acids arginine, glycine and methionine in kidneys, liver and pancreas. Meat, chicken and fish are most important dietary sources of creatine.

Cautions & Side Effects
