Description: Calcium is a mineral; 2% of body weight is calcium. It is received by diet (mainly in dairy products) or by supplements. In the body 99% of calcium is in the bones. If it is used for bone conditions; calcium supplements work better with vitamin D. One of the best form of calcium is calcium citrate.
