Description: Bilberry is a low-growing perennial shrub native to northern Europe. It is from ericaceae family. Its berries are used culinarly and leaves and berries are used medicinally.

Cautions & Side Effects

There is no known safety problems if used at suggested dosage. The safety for pregnant or breast-feeding women, for children and for people with kidney or liver disease is unknown. Use it with caution with other blood thinning supplements or drugs. Prolonged use of bilberry leaf is not recommended.
