Description: Beta-alanine is a component of carnosine, anserine and vitamin B5 - Pantothenic acid. It is mainly used for muscular conditions. Alanine (without Beta) is another remedy.

Cautions & Side Effects

There is no known safety problems if used at suggested dosage. Beta-alanine used orally may create parathesia (pins-and-needles sensation) for 1-2 hours after use. Using beta-alanine with carbohydrates reduces this sensation.
