Recommended DosageTake 2-8 g of beta-alanine daily, in divided doses, for many weeks. Cautions & Side EffectsThere is no known safety problems if used at suggested dosage. Beta-alanine used orally may create parathesia (pins-and-needles sensation) for 1-2 hours after use. Using beta-alanine with carbohydrates reduces this sensation. Available FormsBeta-alanine is available in capsule and powder form. |
