Description: BCAA is a compound with three essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine in 2:1:2 proportion). It is found in meat, fish, dairy and soy products. Their main use is protein synthesis, muscle maintenance and regeneration and energy production.

Cautions & Side Effects

There is no known safety problems if used at suggested dosage. Like other amino acids do not use BCAA's if you are on medication for Parkinson's disease. Use it with caution and only in small dosage if you have depression. Do not use in high dosages if you have kidney or liver disease.
