Recommended DosageTake 20-120 g of activated charcoal immediately with a large cup of water for poisoning. Take 0.5-1.0 g of activated charcoal after each meal; in divided doses, for many weeks for digestive problems. Cautions & Side EffectsActivated charcoal used large doses may create constipation and stomach or intestinal inflamation. It may interfere with the absorbency of some drug and supplements, it is better to use it 2-4 hours before or after from other drugs or supplements.
