Supplements for Oral Use
- Khella
   
Khella makes the skin sensitive to ultraviolet light; helps skin repigmentation. Take khella daily, containing 100-150 mg of khellin, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with sun or UV radiation.
- l-Phenylalanine
  
l-Phenylalanine makes the skin sensitive to ultraviolet light; helps skin repigmentation. Take 2-4 g of l-phenylalanine daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months. Use it with sun or UV radiation.
- Ginkgo
 
Ginkgo slows down the progression; helps skin repigmentation. Take 120-240 mg of standardized ginkgo extract daily, containing 24% of flavone glycosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- Picrorhiza
 
Picrorhiza increases the effectiveness of medical drugs. Take 0.5-1.5 g of dried picrorhiza rhizome daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Folic acid

Folic acid helps to overcome folic acid deficiency; helps skin repigmentation. Take 1-5 mg of folic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with sun or UV radiation.
- Vitamin B complex

Vitamin B complex helps to overcome vitamin B deficiency; helps skin repigmentation. Take vitamin B complex daily, 50-150 mg of each B, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with sun or UV radiation.
- Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin

Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin helps to overcome vitamin B12 deficiency; helps skin repigmentation. Take 1-2 mg of cyanocobalamin daily, in divided doses, for many months. Injection form works better. Use it with sun or UV radiation.
