Supplements for Oral Use
- Garlic
 
Garlic enhances immune system; fights cancer. Take garlic, containing 5-15 mg of alliin or 2.5-5.0 mg of allicin potential or 2-6 g of aged garlic daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Lycopene
 
Lycopene is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; inhibits the growth of cancer. Take 20-30 mg of lycopene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food.
- Melatonin
 
Melatonin increases the effectiveness of medical drugs; used for treatment. Take 10-20 mg of melatonin daily, 1 hour before bedtime, for many months. Use this dosage under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Multivitamin & minerals
 
Multivitamin & minerals are a nutritional support; they provide a multitude of vitamins and minerals; enhance immune system. Take multivitamin & minerals daily lifelong, in divided doses, as suggested on the label.
- Vitamin C

- Asian ginseng

Asian ginseng enhances good feeling. Take 1-2 g of dried Asian ginseng root or 150-300 mg of standardized Asian ginseng root extract containing 5-7% of ginsenosides daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Calcium
