Supplements for Oral Use
- Betaine hydrochloride

Betaine hydrochloride increases stomach acidity; alleviates symptoms; used for treatment. Take 1-2 g of betaine hydrochloride per meal, for many months. Use only if you have low stomach acid.
- Green tea

Green tea has antihistamine action; alleviates symptoms; used for treatment. Take green tea extract daily, containing 0.5-1.5 g of catechins, in divided doses, for many months.
- OPC's

OPC's have antihistamine action; they alleviate symptoms; used for treatment. Take 150-300 mg of OPC's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Quercetin

Quercetin has antihistamine action; reduces itching; alleviates symptoms; used for treatment. Take 0.5-1.5 g of quercetin daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
- Vitamin B complex

Vitamin B complex alleviates symptoms; used for treatment. Take vitamin B complex daily, 50-150 mg of each B, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin

Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin alleviates symptoms; reduces duration and severity; used for treatment. Take 1-2 mg of cyanocobalamin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin C

Vitamin C has antihistamine action; alleviates symptoms; used for treatment. Take 0.5-3.0 g of vitamin C daily, in divided doses, for many months.
Supplements for Topical Use
- GLA
GLA reduces allergy and other symptoms; accelerates tissue healing and tissue repair. Apply black currant seed oil or borage oil or evening primrose oil containing topical preparation 2-3 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label. Use with oral GLA.
- Yellow dock
Yellow dock is a blood cleanser and a detoxifier; alleviates symptoms. Apply a yellow dock containing topical preparation 2-4 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
