- Multivitamin & minerals
   
Multivitamin & minerals are a nutritional support; they provide a multitude of vitamins and minerals; enhance immune system. Take multivitamin & minerals daily lifelong, in divided doses, as suggested on the label.
- Aloe
  
Aloe is an anti-inflammatory; it has a soothing action; soothes intestines; accelerates tissue healing and tissue repair; alleviates symptoms. Take 50-200 ml of aloe gel or juice daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
  
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; it is an anti-inflammatory; reduces intestinal inflammation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 12-18 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Probiotics
  
Probiotics alleviate diarrhea; alleviate joint pain; alleviate symptoms; promote gastrointestinal health. Take probiotics daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Barley grass
 
Barley grass slows down the progression; alleviates symptoms. Take 15-30 g of barley grass juice powder daily, in divided doses, for many months.
