Supplements for Oral Use

  • Calcium Rating

  • Glutathione Rating

    Glutathione is an antioxidant and an immune enhancer; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system and alleviates symptoms. Take 1.2-1.8 g of glutathione daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better to use N-acetylcysteine, glutamic acid and glycine mixture.

  • Wild lettuce Rating

    Wild lettuce is an analgesic and an antispasmodic; reduces spasms and alleviates pain. Take wild lettuce leaf daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.

  • Cayenne Rating

    Cayenne alleviates pain; reduces tenderness; reduces pain transmission. Apply cayenne topical cream on tender points, containing 0.025–0.075% capsaicin, a few times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
