Supplements for Oral Use
- 5-HTP
 
5-HTP has a calming and relaxing effect; alleviates symptoms. Take 100-300 mg of 5-HTP daily, in divided doses before meals, for many months.
- Melatonin
 
Melatonin improves sleep; alleviates symptoms. Take 0.5-3.0 mg of melatonin daily, 1 hour before bedtime, for many months.
- Zinc
 
Zinc is a nutritional suport; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency and alleviates symptoms. Take 30-60 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
- Glutamic acid

Glutamic acid alleviates tinnitus. Take glutamic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Ipriflavone

Ipriflavone alleviates symptoms. Take 400-600 mg of ipriflavone daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Oxerutins

Oxerutins alleviate symptoms; used for treatment. Take 1-2 g of oxerutins daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Periwinkle

Periwinkle alleviates symptoms. Take 3 teaspoon of periwinkle daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
