- Glucomannan
   
Glucomannan is a soluble fiber; balances blood sugar; increases insulin effectiveness; increases insulin sensitivity; reduces insulin need. Take 7-12 g of glucomannan daily, in divided doses, before meals, with 2 glass of water, for many months.
- Chromium

- Guar gum
