- Chromium
  
Chromium helps to lose weight; reduces body fat; promotes blood insulin balance; increases insulin sensitivity. Take 400 mcg of chromium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Coleus forskohlii
  
Coleus forskohlii helps to burn body fats; helps to lose weight. Take standardized coleus forskohlii daily, containing 30-60 mg of forskolin, in divided doses, for many months.
- Dihydroxyacetone pyruvate
