Supplements for Oral Use

  • GLA RatingRating

    GLA reduces allergy and skin reactions caused by drugs. Take 300-600 mg of GLA daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months. If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA.

  • Quercetin RatingRating

    Quercetin is an antiallergic; reduces skin reactions caused by drugs. Take 0.5-1.5 g of quercetin daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.

  • Rutin RatingRating

    Rutin is an antiallergic; reduces skin reactions caused by drugs. Take 1-3 g of rutin daily, in divided doses, for many months.

  • Fish oil Rating

    Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; reduces allergy and skin reactions caused by drugs. Take 3-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.

  • Flax seed oil Rating

    Flax seed oil reduces allergy and skin reactions caused by drugs. Take 10-30 g of flax seed oil daily, in divided doses, for many months.

  • Yarrow Rating

    Yarrow reduces skin reactions caused by drugs. Take 2-4 g of dried yarrow daily, in divided doses, in tea or capsule form, for many months.

  • Zinc Rating

    Zinc is a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency; reduces skin reactions caused by drugs. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
