Supplements for Oral Use
- Zinc
  
Zinc is a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency; used for prevention and treatment. Take 25-75 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper. Use this dosage under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Arginine
 
Arginine alleviates symptoms. Take 10-15 g of argininedaily, for one week, in divided doses.
- DHA
 
DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid; reduces blood clot formation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 1-2 g of DHA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- EPA
 
EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; reduces blood clot formation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 1.5-3.0 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; reduces blood clot formation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 7-10 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Folic acid
 
Folic acid reduces homocysteine and swellings; alleviates symptoms. Take 1-4 mg of folic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin
 
Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin helps to overcome vitamin B12 deficiency; alleviates symptoms. Take 1-2 mg of cyanocobalamin daily, in divided doses, for many months. Injection form works better.
