Supplements for Oral Use
- Vitamin C
   
Vitamin C is a nutritional support; it helps to overcome vitamin C deficiency. Take 1.5-6.0 g of vitamin C daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Citrus bioflavonoids
 
Citrus bioflavonoids increase vitamin C absorption. Take 2-3 g of citrus bioflavonoids daily with vitamin C, in divided doses, for many months.
- Black radish

Black radish contains vitamin C and helps to overcome vitamin C deficiency. Take black radish daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Bilberry
Bilberry alleviates symptoms. Take standardized bilberry extract daily, containing 60-120 mg of anthocyanosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- Bogbean
Bogbean alleviates symptoms. Take 3-6 g of bogbean daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Yellow dock
Yellow dock is a nutritional support; alleviates symptoms. Take 1-4 g of dried yellow dock root daily, in divided doses, in tea or capsule form, for many months.
