Supplements for Oral Use
- Ipecac
   
Ipecac is an emetic; induces vomiting. Take ipecac as suggested on the label. Use it with caution, it may cause severe side effects. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Milk thistle
   
Milk thistle is used for mushroom and acetaminophen poisoning. Special injection form should be used.
- Activated charcoal
  
Activated charcoal is useful against general acute poisoning (like toxins, poisons, heavy metal poisonings, chemicals and overdose drugs). Take 20-120 g of activated charcoal immediately with a large cup of water.
- N-Acetylcysteine
  
N-Acetylcysteine helps to prevent and reduce liver damage from acetaminophen, clove oil, pennyroyal oil and other poisonings. Take 1.5-3.0 g of N-acetylcysteine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Injection form works better.
- Sulforaphane
  
Sulforaphane is useful against carcinogen poisoning. Take 200-400 mcg of sulforaphane daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- AHCC
 
AHCC is useful against environmental toxins. Take 1-3 g of AHCC daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
- Arginine
 
Arginine reduces and neutralizes ammonia in the body; prevents ammonia toxicity. Take 2-4 g of arginine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
