Supplements for Oral Use
- BCAA's
 
BCAA's improve mental and nerve function. Take 4-5 g of BCAA's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; helps to overcome omega 3 fatty acid deficiency; improves brain function. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Leucine
 
Leucine improvea mental and nerve function. Take leucine daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label. Better if used BCAA's.
- Selenium
 
Selenium is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; helps to overcome selenium deficiency. Take 100-200 mcg of selenium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Tyrosine
 
Tyrosine helps to overcome tyrosine deficiency; improves behavior; improves mental function. Take 1-2 g of tyrosine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- GLA

GLA helps to overcome GLA deficiency; improves mental function and prevents its deterioration. Take 300-600 mg of GLA daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months. If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA.
- Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin

Vitamin B12 - Cyanocobalamin helps to overcome vitamin B12 deficiency; fortifies nervous system. Take 1-2 mg of cyanocobalamin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
