  • Fish oil Rating

    Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; it is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; alleviates symptoms. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.

  • Glutamine Rating

    Glutamine maintains health of inner wall of the gastrintestinal tract; accelerates tissue healing; alleviates symptoms. Take 1.5-5.0 g of glutamine daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
