Supplements for Oral Use
- Folic acid
 
Folic acid reduces pancreas cancer risk, specially if alcohol consumption is present. Take 7-10 mg of folic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use this dosage under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Green tea
 
Green tea is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; reduces pancreas cancer risk. Take green tea extract daily, containing 0.5-1.5 g of catechins, in divided doses, for many months.
- Lycopene
 
Lycopene is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; reduces pancreas cancer risk. Take 15-25 mg of lycopene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food.
- American ginseng

American ginseng enhances immune system; reduces pancreas cancer risk. Take 1.5-3.0 g of dried American ginseng root daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Fish oil

Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; enhances immune system; reduces pancreas cancer risk. Take 3-6 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Myricetin

Myricetin is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; reduces pancreas cancer risk. Take myricetin daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Vitamin D

Vitamin D reduces pancreas cancer risk. Take 400-1,000 IU of vitamin D daily, in divided doses, for many months.
