Proteolytic enzymes are anti-inflammatory; they reduce inflammation and swellings; alleviate pain; reduce duration and severity; accelerate healing. Take proteolytic enzymes daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Bromelain
 
Bromelain is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation and swellings; alleviates pain; reduces duration and severity; accelerates healing. Take 3-4 g (6,000-8,000 MCU) of bromelain daily, between meals, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Carnitine
 
Carnitine improves physical activity tolerance; prevents physical activity related muscle injuries; used for prevention. Take 2-3 g of carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Citrus bioflavonoids
 
Citrus bioflavonoids reduce inflammation and swellings; alleviate pain; accelerate healing. Take 2-3 g of citrus bioflavonoids daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- OPC's
 
OPC's reduce inflammation, edema and swellings; alleviate pain; accelerate healing. Take 100-200 mg of OPC's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Oxerutins
 
Oxerutins reduce inflammation, swellings and edema; alleviate pain; accelerate healing. Take 0.5-1.5 g of oxerutins daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Vitamin A

- Vitamin C

- Zinc
 
Zinc is a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency; accelerates recovery, tissue healing and tissue repair. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
