- Oxerutins
   
Oxerutins reduce swellings, edema and water retention; used for lympedema caused by breast surgery and other type of lymphedemas. Effective for lower leg edema for people with diabetes. Take 2-3 g of oxerutins daily, in divided doses, for many months. May be used by pregnant women.
- Coumarin
  
Coumarin alleviates symptoms. Take coumarin daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Diosmin
  
Diosmin strengthens capillary walls; protects collagen; alleviates symptoms. Take 0.5-1.0 g of diosmin daily, in divided doses, for many months. Works better with hesperidin.
- Selenium

Bilberry strengthens capillary walls; protects collagen; reduces swellings. Take standardized bilberry extract daily, containing 60-90 mg of anthocyanosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- Citrus bioflavonoids

Citrus bioflavonoids strengthen capillary walls; reduce lymphedema caused by surgery; protect collagen and reduces edema. Take 2-3 g of citrus bioflavonoids daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Cleavers

Cleavers is a diuretic; reduces edema. Take 3-6 teaspoon (15-30 g) of cleavers daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many months.
