Wild cherry bark is an antispasmodic, an antitussive and an expectorant; promotes mucus elimination; relieves irritating cough. Take wild cherry bark daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Yerba santa
 
Yerba santa is an expectorant; promotes the expulsion of mucus from throat and lungs and relieves cough. Take yerba santa daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Angelica root

Angelica root is an expectorant; relieves cough. Take angelica root daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Anise oil

Anise oil is an antispasmodic and an expectorant; loosens the mucus; promotes mucus elimination; relieves spasmodic cough. Take 1 drop of anise oil daily, in a tea or in a juice, in divided doses, for many days or use it by inhalation.
