- Bilberry
 
Bilberry is a blood thinner and antithrombotic; reduces blood clot formation. Take standardized bilberry extract daily, containing 60-120 mg of anthocyanosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acid; it is a blood thinner and antithrombotic; reduces blood clot formation; used for prevention and treatment. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- Arginine

Arginine is an antithrombotic and a vasodilator; dilates blood vessels and reduces blood clot formation. Take 2-6 g of arginine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Works better with N-acetylcysteine and vitamin A.
- Black tea

Black tea reduces blood clot formation. Take black tea daily, in divided dose, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Citrus bioflavonoids

Citrus bioflavonoids are antithrombotic; they reduce blood clot formation. Take 2-3 g of citrus bioflavonoids daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Coumarin

Coumarin is a blood thinner and antithrombotic; reduces blood clot formation. Take coumarin daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- DHA

DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid; it is a blood thinner; reduces and prevents blood clot formation. Take 1-2 g of DHA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- EPA

EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; it is a blood thinner; reduces and prevents blood clot formation. Take 1.5-3.0 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Flax seed oil

Flax seed oil is an antithrombotic; reduces blood clot formation. Take 10-20 g of flax seed oil daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- GLA

GLA is a blood thinner; reduces blood clot formation. Take 300-600 mg of GLA daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months. If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA.
