- DHA
   
DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid; improves brain and mental function, concentration, attention and behavior. Take 500-750 mg of DHA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- DMAE
   
DMAE is an acetylcholine precursor; improves acetylcholine production; improves mental alertness; alleviates symptoms. Take 1-2 g of DMAE daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Acetyl carnitine
 
Acetyl carnitine is an acetylcholine precursor; improves acetylcholine and energy production, memory, attention, mental alertness and mental function. Take 2-3 g of acetyl carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- American ginseng

- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; improves mental and brain function, attention and behavior. Take 3-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- GLA
 
GLA nourishes nerves; improves mental function. Take 300-600 mg of GLA daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months. If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA. Works better with fish oil.

Black currant improves mental function. Take black currant leaves daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- California poppy

California poppy is a calmative; it has a calming and relaxing effect; reduces anxiety. Take California poppy daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
