- Wild cherry bark
  
Wild cherry bark is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take wild cherry bark daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Elecampane
 
Elecampane is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take 2-5 g of dried elecampane root daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many months.
- Eucalyptus oil
 
Eucalyptus oil is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take eucalyptus oil daily, containing 400-600 mg of cineole or 1-5 drops of eucalyptus oil in divided doses, for many weeks. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Fennel seed oil
 
Fennel seed oil is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take 10-15 drops of fennel seed oil daily (diluted in soy milk, goat milk or rice milk), in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Garlic
 
Garlic is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take garlic, containing 5-15 mg of alliin or 2.5-5.0 mg of allicin potential or 2-6 g of aged garlic daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Horehound
 
Horehound is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take 2.5-5.0 g of horehound daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Hyssop
 
Hyssop is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take 6-9 teaspoons of hyssop daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Ivy leaf
 
Ivy leaf is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take ivy leaf extract daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Licorice
 
Licorice is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take 1-2 g of licorice daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Mallow
 
Mallow is an antitussive; relieves cough. Take 6-9 teaspoon of dried mallow flowers and leaves daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
