- Ginger
   
Ginger is an antiemetic; reduces nausea; reduces nausea during and after chemotherapy. Take 1-4 g of ginger rhizome or 0.5-1.0 g of standardized ginger extract containing %4 of oil of ginger daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Anise seed
 
Anise seed is an antiemetic; reduces nausea. Take 6-10 g of anise seed daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many days.
- Basil
 
Basil is an antiemetic; reduces nausea. Take 3 teaspoon of basil leaves in tea form or 1-2 g of basil in capsule form daily, in divided doses, for many days.
- Cloves
 
Cloves are antiemetic; they reduce nausea. Take cloves daily, in divided doses, for many days, as suggested on the label.
- Fennel seeds
 
Fennel seeds are antiemetic; they reduce nausea. Take 1.0-1.5 teaspoon (5.0-7.5 g) of fennel seeds daily, in tea or capsule form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Goldenseal
 
Goldenseal is an antiemetic; reduces nausea. Take 1.5-6.0 g dried goldenseal root or standardized goldenseal root extract containing 60-180 mg of berberine daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Multivitamin & minerals
 
Multivitamin & minerals are antiemetic; they reduce nausea. Take multivitamin & minerals daily, for many weeks, individed doses, as suggested on the label.
- Oregon grape root
 
Oregon grape root is an antiemetic; reduces nausea. Take 2-4 g of dried oregon grape root daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Peach leaves
 
Peach leaves is an antiemetic; reduces nausea. Take peach leaves daily, in divided doses, for many days, as suggested on the label.
- Peppermint
 
Peppermint is an antiemetic; reduces nausea. Take 10-20 g of dried peppermint leaves daily, in tea form or 3-6 g in capsule form, in divided doses, between meals, for many weeks.
