- Flax seed
Flax seed fights oily skin. Take 25-50 g of crushed flax seed daily, in divided doses, with a glass of water, for many months.
- Zinc

Zinc is a nutritional support; it helps to overcome zinc deficiency anf fights oily skin. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
