Supplements for Oral Use
- Cayenne
 
Cayenne reduces nasal stuffiness. Take 1.5-3.0 g of cayenne daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Wild Indigo
 
Wild indigo is an anticatarrhal, promotes mucus elimination and alleviates other symptoms. Take wild indigo daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Boneset

Boneset is a decongestant; reduces and relieves nasal congestion. Take 3-6 g of boneset daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Yellow dock

Yellow dock is an astringent; reduces secretions and nasal congestion. Take 1-4 g of dried yellow dock root daily, in divided doses, in tea or capsule form, for many weeks.
- Flax seed
Flax seed is an anticatarrhal and decongestant; promotes mucus elimination and reduces and relieves congestion. Take 25-50 g of crushed flax seed daily, in divided doses, with a glass of water, for many months.
