Supplements for Oral Use
- Creatine

Creatine increases body weight, lean muscle mass and muscle strength; alleviates symptoms. Take 2-6 g of creatine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Glycine

Glycine alleviates symptoms. Take 3-6 g of glycine daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with manganese and vitamin E.
- DHA
DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid; alleviates muscle weakness and fatigue. Take 1-2 g of DHA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- EPA
EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; alleviates muscle weakness and fatigue. Take 2-4 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; alleviates muscle weakness and fatigue. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
- OPC's
OPC's alleviate symptoms. Take 150-300 mg of OPC's daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Reishi
Reishi alleviates symptoms. Take 2-8 g of reishi daily, in divided doses, for many months.
