Supplements for Oral Use
- HMB
 
HMB reduces muscle wasting caused by cancer, AIDS or other conditions. Take 2-3 g of HMB daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Carnitine

Carnitine helps to overcome carnitine deficiency; helps to maintain muscle mass; increases muscle strength and endurance. Take 1.5-3.0 g of carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Creatine

Creatine helps to maintain muscle mass; increases muscle strength and endurance; reduces muscle weakness and fatigue. Take 2-6 g of creatine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Glutamine

Glutamine reduces muscle wasting caused by cancer, AIDS or other conditions. Take 1.5-5.0 g of glutamine daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
- CLA
CLA reduces muscle wasting and weakness. Take 2-3 g of CLA daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Methionine
Methionine helps to overcome methionine deficiency; helps to maintain muscle mass; increases muscle strength and endurance. Take 1-3 g of methionine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
