- Pumpkin seed

Pumpkin seed stimulates male hormone production. Take 10-20 g of pumpkin seed daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- EPA
EPA is an omega 3 fatty acid; improves testosterone synthesis. Take 2-4 g of EPA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Quercetin
Quercetin improves male hormonal balance. Take 0.5-1.5 g of quercetin daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months.
- Zinc
