    Black pepper extract increases nutrient absorption; helps to increase drug effectiveness. Take black pepper extract daily, containing 95% of piperine, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.

    Bromelain increases nutrient absorption; helps protein digestion; improves digestion. Take 1-4 g (2,000-8,000 MCU) of bromelain daily, with meals, in divided doses, for many weeks.
