Green tea is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; reduces lung cancer risk. Take green tea extract daily, containing 0.5-1.5 g of catechins, in divided doses, for many months.
- Lycopene
 
Lycopene is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; enhances immune system; reduces lung cancer risk. Take 15-25 mg of lycopene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food.
- Perillyl alcohol
 
Perillyl alcohol is an antineoplastic; reduces lung cancer risk. Take 0.5-1.0 g of perillyl alcohol daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use this product under the control of an experienced practitioner.
- Selenium
