Supplements for Oral Use
- Lactase
   
Lactase alleviates lactose intolerance related indigestion and diarrhea. Take lactase daily with any dairy product, just before meal, as suggested on the label.
- Calcium
  
Calcium helps to overcome calcium deficiency. Take 1.0-1.4 g of calcium daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Boron
Boron alleviates lactose intolerance; helps to overcome calcium deficiency. Take 3 mg of boron daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Probiotics
Probiotics alleviate milk allergies; alleviate symptoms. Take probiotics daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Zinc
Zinc is a nutritional support; alleviates lactose intolerance. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
