Supplements for Oral Use
- White willow bark
 
White willow bark is an analgesic and an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take white willow bark extract daily, containing 120-240 mg of salicin, in divided doses, for many months.
- Calcium

Calcium reduces joint pain and stiffness. Take 0.5-1.0 g of calcium daily, in citrate form, in divided doses, for many months.
- Cetyl myristoleate

Cetyl myristoleate is an anti-inflammatory; reduces inflammation; alleviates pain and other symptoms. Take 400-600 mg of cetyl myristoleate daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fatty acids cetyl esters

Fatty acids cetyl esters are anti-inflammatory and joint lubricant; they improve joint function and mobility; alleviate pain, stiffness and other symptoms. Take 1-2 g of fatty acids cetyl esters daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Blueberry leaves
Blueberry leaves reduce joint pain. Take 6-12 teaspoon of blueberry leaves daily, in tea form, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Wild lettuce
Wild lettuce is an analgesic; alleviates joint pain. Take wild lettuce leaf daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Wild yam
Wild yam is an analgesic and an anti-inflmammatory; reduces joint inflammation and pain. Take 3 g of dried wild yam root daily, in divided doses, for many months.
