Supplements for Oral Use
- Melatonin
   
Melatonin improves sleep; it has a calming and relaxing effect. Take 0.5-3.0 mg of melatonin daily, 1 hour before bedtime, for many days.
- NADH
  
NADH enhances wakefulness; improves mental function; alleviates fatigue; enhances good feeling. Take 10-20 mg of NADH daily, before meals, in divided doses, for many months.
- Valerian
  
Valerian is a nervine; it has a calming and relaxing effect; improves sleep. Take 2-3 g of dried valerian root or 300-600 mg of standardized valerian root extract daily, containing 0.8% of valerenic acid, 1 hour before bedtime for many days.
- Tyrosine
 
Tyrosine enhances wakefulness; alleviates fatigue; improves energy production. Take 2-10 g of tyrosine daily, in divided doses, for many days.
- Glutathione
Glutathione is an immune enhancer; enhances immune system and alleviates symptoms. Take 1.2-1.8 g of glutathione daily, in divided doses, for many weeks. Better to use N-acetylcysteine, glutamic acid and glycine mixture.
