Supplements for Oral Use
- Iron
   
Iron helps to overcome iron deficiency. Take 40-80 mg of iron daily, in divided doses, for many months. May be used by pregnant women - in pregnancy case use it with folic acid]
- Liver extract
   
Liver extract helps to overcome iron deficiency. Take liver extract daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Copper
 
Copper helps to overcome copper deficiency. Take 2-3 mg of copper daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Lactoferrin
 
Lactoferrin helps to overcome iron deficiency. Take 0.5-1.5 g of lactoferrin daily, in divided doses, with meals, for many months.

Vitamin A improves iron absorption. Take 10,000-20,000 IU of vitamin A daily, in divided doses, for many months.

Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine helps to overcome vitamin B6 deficiency. Take 100-200 mg of pyridoxine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
