Supplements for Oral Use
- Quercetin

Quercetin is an anti-inflammatory; inhibits histamine release; reduces inflammation; accelerates healing. Take 1.0-1.5 g of quercetin daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many weeks.
Supplements for Topical Use
- Eucalyptus oil
 
Eucalyptus oil is an anti-inflammatory. Apply diluted eucalyptus oil topically, 2-3 times daily, for many days, as suggested on the label.
- Acacia gum

Beth root is an antiseptic; prevents infection; accelerates healing. Apply beth root containing topical preparation 2-5 times daily, for many days, as suggested on the label.
- Agrimony

Agrimony is an anti-inflammatory; it has a soothing action; accelerates healing. Apply agrimony containing topical preparation daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Aloe

Aloe is an anti-inflammatory; it has a soothing action; reduces itching; accelerates healing. Apply a topical preparation containing minimum 0.5% of aloe 2-4 times daily, for many days, as suggested on the label.
- Arnica

Arnica is an anti-inflammatory; it has a soothing action; accelerates healing. Apply arnica containing topical preparation 2-5 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Borage leaves

Borage leaves are anti-inflammatory; they have a soothing action and accelerate healing. Apply borage leaves containing topical preparation daily, for many days, as suggested on the label.
- Calendula

Calendula is an anti-inflammatory; it has a soothing action; accelerates healing. Apply a topical preparation containing calendula 2-4 times daily, as suggested on the label.
