- Ginkgo
   
Ginkgo increases circulation of the brain; increases oxygenation of the brain; improves mental function, memory and concentration. Take 120-240 mg of standardized ginkgo extract daily, containing 24% of flavone glycosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- Asian ginseng
  
Asian ginseng improves mental function, memory, concentration and attention. Take 1-3 g of dried Asian ginseng root or 150-450 mg of standardized Asian ginseng root extract containing 5-7% of ginsenosides daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Bacopa
  
Bacopa improves mental functions, memory and concentration. Take standardized bacopa daily, containing 250-500 mg of baccosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- Citicholine
  
Citicoline improves mental functions; boosts brain metabolism; improves memory; improves concentration. Take 0.25-1.25 g of citicoline daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Phosphatidylserine
