- Asian ginseng
  
Asian ginseng improves mental function, memory, concentration and attention. Take 1-3 g of dried Asian ginseng root or 150-450 mg of standardized Asian ginseng root extract containing 5-7% of ginsenosides daily, in divided doses, for many weeks.
- Acetyl carnitine
 
Acetyl carnitine improves mental function, memory, concentration and attention. Take 1-3 g of acetyl carnitine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Bacopa
 
Bacopa improves mental functions, memory and concentration. Take standardized bacopa daily, containing 250-500 mg of baccosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- 5-HTP

5-HTP has a calming and relaxing effect; promotes serotonin production; alleviates tension; improves concentration; elevates mood. Take 100-300 mg of 5-HTP daily, in divided doses before meals, for many months.
- Alanine

Alanine improves concentration and attention. Efficiant for reduced concentration caused by hypoglycemia and other conditions. Take 1-3 g of alanine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Black pepper oil

Black pepper oil improves mental functions, memory and concentration. Take diluted black pepper oil daily, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
- Cardamom oil

Cardamom oil improves concentration and attention. Take cardamom oil daily, diluted in a juice, in divided doses, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
