- Cysteine

Cysteine improves and support skin health. Take 1.0-1.5 g of cysteine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Proline

Proline improves and support skin health. Take 1-2 g of proline daily, in divided doses, between meals, for many months. Better if used with vitamin C.
- Methionine
Methionine contains sulfur; improves tone and pliability of the skin and supports its health and function. Take 1-3 g of methionine daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Zinc
Zinc is a nutritional support; improves and supports health and function of skin. Take 25-50 mg of zinc daily, in divided doses, for many months. Better if used with copper.
