- Bilberry
  
Bilberry is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; improves vision; helps to treat eye problems. Take standardized bilberry extract daily, containing 60-120 mg of anthocyanosides, in divided doses, for many months.
- Antioxidants
 
Antioxidants neutralize free radicals; they support eye health. Take antioxidants daily, in divided doses, for many months, as suggested on the label.
- Astaxanthin
 
Astaxanthin is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; supports eye health. Take 6-12 mg of astaxanthin daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- DHA
 
DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid; improves retina cell production, vision and eye health. Take 0.5-1.0 g of DHA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
 
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; enhances color perception and clarity of vision; helps to improve vision in premature or low birth weight infants and adults. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months. The dosage for infants should be adjusted.
- Lutein
 
Lutein is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; improves vision; helps to treat eye problems. Take 10-30 mg of lutein daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food. Works better with zeaxanthin.
- Lycopene
 
Lycopene is an antioxidant; neutralizes free radicals; improves vision. Take 15-25 mg of lycopene daily, in divided doses, for many months. Use it with fat or oil containing food.
