If you take 2-4 g of black currant seed oil, containing 15% of GLA or 1.25-2.50 g of borage oil, containing 24% of GLA or 3-6 g of evening primrose oil, containing 10% of GLA you receive 300-600 mg of GLA.

    Emu oil is an anti-inflammatory; reduces skin inflammation and itching. Apply emu oil or emu oil containing topical preparation 2-4 times daily, for many weeks, as suggested on the label.
