Coleus forskohlii dilates blood vessels; reduces blood pressure. Take standardized coleus forskohlii daily, containing 30-60 mg of forskolin, in divided doses, for many months.
- DHA
  
DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid; it is a blood thinner; reduces blood pressure. Take 1-2 g of DHA daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Ellagic acid
  
Ellagic acid reduces blood pressure. Take 250-500 mg of ellagic acid daily, in divided doses, for many months.
- Fish oil
  
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids; reduces blood pressure. Take 6-9 g of fish oil daily, containing 18% EPA and 12% DHA, in divided doses, for many months.
